What is the role of the Stake High Councilman in MTCL?
1. The Stake HC will invite people from his stake to help place Christmas lights or other approved decorations on the Mesa Temple grounds on their appointed day
2. The Stake HC will collect the lights from the MTCL warehouse on his stake's appointed day and bring them to the Mesa Temple.
3. The Stake HC will provide instructions to his stake members on the Mesa Temple grounds for properly installing the lights and approved decorations.
4. MTCL Service Missionaries will assist you at each stage of the process.
5. If assigned as hosts, he Stake HC will also recruit 12 couples (24 individuals) to be Ushers/Ground-Walkers one night between Thanksgiving and New Years Eve.
